Registration: Adults and juveniles; 2 tiers; 5 days of release, conviction, or placement on parole/probations; foreign convictions not registrable; notification of changes: 5 days, incoming and outgoing also

Notification: passive and active; permissive; no specified time frame; applicable to all registrants adult and juvenile classified as "at risk"

Risk Designation: 3 specified tiers; no provision for hearing, but offender may appeal risk assessment under Admin. Procedure Act

Tracking: verification of registry info 90 days or annually through mail form; duration of registration 10 years or life; FBI notified; electronic monitoring mandatory during supervised release

Residency Requirements: not to reside within 2,000 feet of public/nonpublic elementary or secondary school or child care facility

Penalties: Serious/aggravated misdemeanor or Class C or D felony; automatic revocation of parole, probation
