Registration: Adults (18 yrs and older); 10 days after release or placement on probation or parole; 10 days after establishing residence in state; 10 days after non-resident starts school or employment; consideration of foreign convictions not specified; ; notification of changes: no more than 10 days after establishing new residence to both the new county sheriff and the old county sheriff, at least 30 days before moving to new state
