Stacie Rumenap, President

Stacie D. Rumenap is President of Stop Child Predators. Rumenap served as SCP's Executive Director for the past three years and brings with her extensive insight and experience into legislative affairs, non-profit management and a dedication to ending the sexual exploitation of children. As president, Rumenap manages the day-to-day operations of SCP and is responsible for developing partnerships and coalitions with similarly motivated organizations; provides guidance and assistance to state and federal lawmakers to bring about legislative change; and leads Internet safety training programs.

Prior to joining SCP, Rumenap served as the Deputy Director for the American Conservative Union (ACU), the nation's oldest and largest conservative grassroots issue-advocacy organization, where she directed the ACU's annual Conservative Political Action Conference and served as one of the group's principle lobbyists. Rumenap has also served as the Executive Director for both U.S. Term Limits and the National Center for Growth, worked on Capitol Hill, and worked on three successful congressional campaigns. Rumenap currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the America's Future Foundation and the Safe Internet Alliance. She is a former board member of the Initiative and Referendum Institute and the Georgia State Society. Rumenap received her M.A. in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and her B.A. in Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.


John Falb, Treasurer

John Falb is Chief Financial Officer of College Loan Corporation and is a member of the Board of Directors of Stop Child Predators. Falb is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury operations, the student loan and credit card finance strategy, and investor relations. He has managed the financial and legal structure of every CLC securitization ensuring solid execution and expansion of the Company's global student loan investor base. Additionally, he established the short-term conduit facilities providing stable liquidity for loan funding operations.

Falb most recently served as Treasurer of the Company with responsibilities including forecasting, cash operations and loan portfolio management. Previously, Falb was a financial consultant focusing on corporate valuation and acquisition. Prior to that, he was Senior Financial Analyst for BroadStream Communications Corporation where he co-managed a private equity offering.

Falb holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and a MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.


Lizette Benedi Herraiz, Counsel

Lizette Benedi Herraiz serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Strayer University, a university known for educating working adults. Prior to joining Strayer, Benedi Herraiz served as Managing Director of Bancroft Associates, a Washington, DC boutique law firm, for two years, and as Associate for six. She also served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice from April 2004 to May 2005, where she worked to improve the criminal and juvenile justice systems, assist crime victims, and increase knowledge about crime and related issues.

Prior to her appointment at the Office of Justice Programs, Benedi Herraiz served for three years as Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she was primarily responsible for judicial nominations and coordination of policy in the areas of the federal judiciary, victims' rights and federal prisons.

Previously, she served as a member of the research faculty of George Mason University School of Law. Benedi Herraiz received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia.


David Williams, Board Member

David Williams is the President of the Taxpayers Protection Alliance and Taxpayers Protection Alliance Foundation. In his 29 years in Washington, DC, David has become an expert in finding and exposing government waste and has helped fine tune criteria in identifying and ultimately eliminating earmarks. David has appeared on numerous television, radio, and print outlets such as ABC World News Tonight, The Jim Bohannon Show and The New York Times. David’s international expertise ranges from appearing on panels in South Korea and France and he has also advised taxpayer groups from around the world and was instrumental in helping form a taxpayer group in Great Britain. David has a Master of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from Kutztown University.
